House was very well equipped and very clean! We would definitely stay again!

The space was very large and super clean. We had lots of room to spread out. Parking in the garage was nice. West Yellowstone was still about 40 minutes away. We were cautioned that we needed to boil the water we drank. This was a pain. I’d recommend to the owners to add a much larger pot for convenience.

Fun bunk house for large family. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Since we are from FL, we were a bit surprised that it had no A/C. We arrived in the late afternoon and the inside was warm. After opening the windows, and putting on a fan, it was not a problem as temperatures were cool in the evening in morning with no humidity (even in July).

While the home is located back in the woods a bit (bumpy roads!), the house is completely clean and super well maintained. Ample cutlery and pots (etc) for meal prep and serving. Loads of towels and wash cloths for the bathroom, and the beds were soft, large, and had excellent sheets. This would easily fit 8 (or possibly one or two more). The only slight downside is that the appliances (dishwasher, dryer, washer) were quite noisy and couldn't be silenced in any way if a load were to be done during the evening or night. Quick cycles helped minimize the discomfort but it is something to plan for. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone!

Our group of 5 had our first trip without our parents so we could bond as cousins before parting ways with college and work. Loved our stay at this location and felt right at home. Plenty of movies to watch and a fun foosball table for times spent indoors. Easy access to West Yellowstone (gas is much cheaper there than in Idaho). Grill is a little slow cooking and the appliances are loud but it honestly didn't bother us all that much. Leave the windows open at night to help with lack of AC and you'll sleep great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice second-floor studio in Island Park (about 45 minutes from Yellowstone’s West Gate). Check-in was easy. Only recommendation is to bring extra fans if staying in the summer (no A/C) and only one standing fan provided.

My friends and I came up for a half marathon and the location of the property was great. We didn’t have to drive too long to get to Yellowstone or Grand Tetons. We even met some of the neighbors, and all of them were incredibly nice and welcoming. The property itself was well stocked with food and the beds were super comfy! Great to have a washer and dryer in-unit, so we could wash our hiking clothes.

The loft we stayed in had 4 queen beds that were incredibly comfortable. The blankets were so soft and cozy. The only things we had to supply was food, clothing and toiletries. They had dishes, DVDs, a foosball table, a washer and dryer and even salt and pepper. It was so convenient and felt like home.
