Sleeping Arrangements
The main level includes a bedroom with a queen bed.
The upper level features two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed.
The lower level includes a bedroom with a full-size bed and an additional bedroom with a king bed and a twin bunk bed.
Living Areas
The main living space features large picture windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seating, creating a warm and inviting gathering area. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment. The lower level includes arcade games, offering additional indoor recreation space.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, cookware, and utensils for meal preparation. A dining table provides space for shared meals. A washer and dryer with detergent provided are available for guest use.

Important Information
Late-night arrivals are not permitted, and guests must arrive by 11:00 PM due to gated community access. This property does not include air conditioning or a fire pit. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and camp trailers, RVs, and tents are not permitted. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes, and maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times.
Location and Access
The lodge is located near Island Park Reservoir with convenient access to fishing at Henry’s Lake, the Madison River, and Hebgen Lake. Guests can explore nearby hiking trails, visit Upper and Lower Mesa Falls, enjoy rafting on the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River, or dine at local Island Park restaurants. Yellowstone National Park’s West Entrance is approximately 35 to 40 minutes away.
