Welcome to your rustic Huckleberry Lodge, nestled on a quiet wooded lot near Sawtelle Mountain. This 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom lodge with a spacious loft is perfect for larger groups or families, offering modern amenities and easy access to Yellowstone and Island Park trails.

Sleeping Arrangements

The main level includes two private bedrooms with queen beds.
The basement level offers two bedrooms with two queen beds each and an additional bedroom with one queen bed.
The upper level includes a private bedroom with a queen bed and a loft area furnished with two queen beds, a couch, and a foosball table.

Living Areas

The main floor living room features a gas rock fireplace and comfortable seating for group gatherings. A second family room in the basement provides additional space with satellite television and a propane fireplace.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table and small appliances suited for group cooking, including a griddle, drip coffee maker, blender, mixer, crockpot, and large beverage pitchers. A washer and dryer with detergent are available for guest use.

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms are located throughout the home, with one on each level for convenience.

Outdoor Space

Guests can relax in the covered hot tub or enjoy the brand-new sauna after a day of adventure. A BBQ grill with propane provided is available for outdoor cooking.

Important Information

This property does not include air conditioning. Pets are not permitted, smoking is prohibited, and camp trailers, RVs, and tents are not allowed.

Location and Access

The lodge is located near Sawtelle Mountain, approximately 22 miles from Yellowstone National Park’s West Entrance. Grocery stores and gas stations are less than one mile away. Miles of snowmobile and ATV trails are easily accessible from the area.

For larger groups, this lodge may be rented together with the neighboring property, Huckleberry Inn, for expanded lodging capacity. Separate pricing applies.

Getting Around

Loved the house. It was very cold out and had some minor water issues but communication was great.

This cabin was perfect for accommodating a large group of people; our group consisted of 8 adults adults and 8 kids. Very roomy with a large living room area as well as separate living spaces on each level. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our snowy New Years visit.

We just spent a weekend here with all the family celebrating my moms 70th birthday. We had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out. Prepared most of our meals at the house and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. So great to be in the hot tub on the first snow of the season! Easy access from highway yet far enough away you can’t hear it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Huckleberry Lodge. The cabin was roomy and although there were 20 of us we did not feel cramped or on top of each other. We had everything we needed to cook plenty of room to visit and play games. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The kids loved the hot tub and the campfire. We are definitely considering coming back to Huckleberry Lodge next summer.

The lodge was amazing and all of our family loved it. We would highly recommend this Lodge to others. Yellowstone was amazing and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Whenever I called with questions before our arrival Alexa was so nice and helpful and gave me wonderful information about the area and lodge.

A beautiful property, very nicely decorated. Very well stocked in the kitchen and baths. As we had read before, seems to be a problem with the on-demand hot water heater. Heats only sporadically, doesn't stay hot very long, just enough for 1 or 2 showers, but we managed. Enjoyed our stay!
