Important Information

This property does not include air conditioning. Pets are not permitted, smoking is prohibited, and camp trailers, RVs, or tents are not allowed. The cabin is part of a community shared well that has been cleared of a boil order and is monitored regularly; guests are advised to bring bottled drinking water for their stay.

Location and Access

The cabin is located near Eagle Ridge Ranch for horseback riding and approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Island Park Reservoir. Big Springs, Mesa Falls, Henry’s Lake, the Madison River, and Hebgen Lake are all within driving distance. ATV riders can access miles of scenic trail systems nearby, with rental shops located about 15 minutes away.

I have visited this cabin several times and find it to be well cared for and well supplied. I have most often found it clean and maintained. Whenever I have dealt with Island Park Reservations I have found them very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend time in Island Park. We have found rafting the rivers fun as well as visiting West Yellowstone and the park. It is convenient to both places. We enjoy going to see the bears in West. Seeing wild life is always a fun thing. Snowmobiling and four wheeling are fun with many areas to accommodate these activities. The plays at Mack's Inn and at West Yellowstone are enjoyable and well done.

This was a fabulous way to spend our valuable family vacation time. It was our first time visiting Island Park and we were delighted. The cabin was clean and very spacious. Our children enjoyed the hot tub, while my husband and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the mountains. We were able to access Yellowstone park along with doing some fishing at one of the local lakes. Super fun, super affordable, and super relaxing. The cabin has a great kitchen, so we were able to cook our own meals, which saved us money too!

This cabin is well maintained and very cozy. We have stayed here multiple times and was happy everytime. Easy to find , hot tub was awesome on cold nights. I will be back next time we venture to Island Park.

After spending the day at Bear World with kids and all-ages grandkids, it was SO nice to find the cabin right where you said it would be and find it perfectly clean and comfy! The great photos in your listing were exactly what we experienced. We loved being able to cook foods the kids are used-to instead of wasting good restaurant food. They loved the cable and Wi-fi after being with us oldies in the car or the Great Outdoors all day. It was awesome to leave the rodeo at West Yellowstone late and have such a short drive to bed, too. We've definitely found a home near Yellowstone, so will be back.

My family has had the pleasure of stating here several times! We have turned this cabin into our favorite spot when we get to stay in Yellowstone! I have referred another family as well who had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the park and we even squeeze in a short trip to Jackson.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Just about everything we needed was available for use, kitchen supplies to bedding. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of room for sleeping. It was even just a short drive to Yellowstone. Can't wait to visit again.

This cabin offers a lot! There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The eating area is large enough to seat 10 at the table and another 2 at the island. It comes fully equipped with Dishes, appliances, linens etc. With two decks (one in front and one in back) there is plenty of outdoor seating area. It also has a fire pit out in the back which is not mentioned. This was our fourth visit to the cabin. We keep coming back because the cabin is always clean and well maintained. The owners are very conscientious about maintaining this property. It's a short 40 minute drive to the West Gate of Yellowstone National Park and with year round access you can enjoy the Island Park/Yellowstone area when it's convenient for you. In addition you have easy access to Henry's Lake and Island Park Reservoir. While in Island Park you need to take the time to visit John Sack's Cabin (it's on the National Historic Register), Big Springs, and take the hair raising drive to the top of Sawtelle. There are lots of great opportunities for outdoor activities in Island Park.

A wonderful cabin with some nice amenities. We have some autistic children and they dont do well in hotels but here it has a open format, plenty of room to run around and quite quite. it is a wonderful place to even relax. We have been in this cabin twice and plan to come back year after year.

Really impressed with this cabin! The hot tub was awesome! The cabin was very open and you never felt like you were tripping over the other guests! The inside was very clean and comfy! Really close to Yellowstone National Park, and we had a great time fishing on the Snake River! Cant wait to go back again! I would absolutely recommend this property!
