Main Level: (1-Bedrooms/ 1.5-Bathroom)From the
moment you step through the doors of Sandy Beach Haven, you will know
you are somewhere special. Beautiful hardwood floors and gorgeous
vaulted spaces greet you, while the tastefully decorated great room
invites you to stay a while and enjoy comfortable leather couches and
unparalleled views of the lake. The living room features a beautiful
floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and t.v.
On the other side of the great room, the large dining table seats 12
comfortably, with 5 bar stools at the granite island as well. Decking
outside the dining room provides additional outdoor dining during summer
months. The deck has patio tables and a gas grill. The kitchen
is a masterpiece itself, with a Sub-Zero fridge *(no freezer in this fridge), a large
freezer is in the main floor mudroom adds extra convenience for big
groups.Wolf double-oven with
6-burner gas cook top, granite counter tops and stainless steel. Just off the mudroom is a half-bath and large pantry. The
main floor also hosts a generous master suite with king bed (no-t.v.), sitting
area with gas fireplace, private deck, and a master
bath with separate tub and shower. Upstairs: (3-Bedrooms/2-Bathrooms)Upstairs
are 3 bedrooms. On one side is a second master suite with king bed, gas
fireplace, flat-screen HDTV, desk, and master bath with separate tub and
shower. Cross the bridge to the other side of the upper floor, and find
2 more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private sink. These 2
bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath between them. The upstairs is done
in hardwood flooring throughout, as is the main level.
Downstairs: (2-Bedrooms/2-Bathrooms)Downstairs
is a large family room, with flat-screen 60 in. HDTV, gas fireplace, ping pong
table, wet bar with fridge freezer, and french doors leading out to the
lake and beautifully landscaped backyard. There is also a mud room
downstairs with a high-efficiency laundry pair, and a full bath off the
mudroom. The bottom level also has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed,
and separated by a Jack and Jill bathroom, with private sinks for each
bedroom.

Island Park, Idaho has a lot of history, scenic attractions and activities to make your vacation a memorable one. Visit Mesa Falls, Big Springs, Johnny Sacks Cabin and Quake Lake. Approx. 40 minutes to West Yellowstone National Parks West entrance. You will love it so much you won't want to leave. You will be back to visit again soon "we promise".
