In spite of recent events in Yellowstone, our cancellation policies will remain the same.

*Direct IPR Cancellation Policy: (60 days before arrival) When canceling 60+ days outside the cancellation window you will receive a refund minus a $75 rebooking fee. When cancelling within the 60 day window the funds you have paid are non refundable unless previous arrangements have been made. 
        Guests within their 60 day cancellation window that are unable to come to their scheduled time frame must make arrangements to rebook dates to another guests in order to receive a refund. We are not able to move dates to the following year. 
 
*If you have booked through Vrbo, HomeAway, Expedia etc and are cancelling 60+ days before your arrival then a refund will be given as stated by your original Vrbo, HomeAway, Expedia agreement. Refund processing times have been delayed so please allow time for processing. If cancelling within that window then funds are nonrefundable unless other arrangements are made.
 
*If you have booked through Airbnb and are cancelling 60+ days in advance then all monies would be refunded minus a $100 rebooking fee. If you are cancelling within the 60 day window then the policy listed on the cabin Airbnb ad would still apply.
